PRODUCTS PROTECTION POLICY

General Terms & Conditions

1. Bell Society offers a 2-year warranty service for all produts since the product’s purchased date.
2. The warranty consists of (1) defective products return and exchange; or (2) refund.
3. Repair of replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
4. The warranty is applicable only for defects in material, design and workmanship. The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by customer’s abuse or misuse

5. Warranty claim is approved once the products have been inspected by our team.
6. All shipping costs will be the customers’ responsibility.

1. Make your claim about the defective products through our Instagram DM: @bell_society
2. Consult your claim with our representative. Once the warranty claim mechanisms (product exchange / refund) has been agreed on, send your product to:

3. Once your return is received, we will inspect the defect of the product to determine its eligibility for the warranty.
4. We will notify you of approval or rejection of your warranty claim. If you are approved, we will immediately send you a brand new product, or proceed with your refund.
